This is one of the accommodations that we love to present, with careful decoration and numerous amenities! You know the accommodation that as soon as you open the door allows you to express your emotions, and that makes us happy, the whole team loves it.
The LE NADIR residence, in the heart of Port Fréjus, was designed by its architect to remind you that the world of sailboats and boats is close by since the quays are only a few meters away.
Perfectly designed for short or medium-term stays, you will be struck upon entering by the brightness offered by the living room's bay windows and portholes. If the accommodation is not air-conditioned, these numerous through openings allow it to be ventilated.
These 51m2 will very easily accommodate 5 people. The beautiful living room remains independent of the perfectly equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, table and chairs allowing meals overlooking the large bay window which gives a feeling of beautiful space.
The bedroom is equipped with 1 160cm bed and allows access to the magnificent bathroom. The toilet is separate.
The accommodation has plenty of storage space.
The furniture is current and of good quality.
Located on the first floor, it is accessible by elevator, as is its parking lot located in the basement.
Port Fréjus is a popular vacation spot since many beaches are accessible on foot and ideally located between Saint-Tropez and Menton, allowing you to discover Cannes, Nice and Monaco in particular without forgetting the Var hinterland with its certain charm.
In addition, it is easily accessible by TGV since it is located only 2 km from the Saint-Raphaël Valescure TGV station, around forty minutes on foot and less than 5 minutes by taxi.

-it then allows fans of scuba diving, boats and other water sports to be on the Octave quay with all of these activities in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Many golf courses are easily accessible, including the Valescure, Estérel and Académie golf courses located just a quarter of an hour away by car, the others namely the Roquebrune golf course, the Saint Endréol estate in la Motte, Vidauban, Tourettes or Mandelieu to name only those located half an hour by car.
Mountain bikers will enjoy the magnificent trails offered in the Maures and Estérel massifs. Fréjus, which organizes the Roc d'Azur, is a Mecca for this sport with an international reputation.
Cyclists will enjoy the roads of the Var hinterland but also the famous golden and azure cornices with exceptional and unique views of the “big blue”.
Hikes in the Estérel massifs will also offer sublime views of the Côte d'Azur and for some as far as the Bay of Angels (Nice) and different colors each season. Even in winter and in February in particular you can marvel at the mimosas which bloom with their yellow pompoms in entire flowerbeds.
