LA MIOUGRANO (fruit of the pomegranate tree, pomegranate in Provençal) is also a popular residence in Fréjus Plage thanks to its prime geographical location; imagine that you can stay for a week, a fortnight, a month or even for a season, without having to take your car every day and have on your program instead of the grayness and cold of your region of origin: walks and ballads on the seafront from Fréjus-Plage to Saint Raphael, on one side and from Fréjus Plage to the nature base via Port Fréjus on the other…..and enjoy the swimming pool until the end of September, the beaches from September to the end of October (the water was still at 21°C on October 22, 2021).
You can do your shopping on foot in the shops in the town center of Saint Raphael, one kilometer away (Monoprix, fishermen's market on the Old Port, the halls and many others) or at the Casino supermarket, 700m from the accommodation for your shopping.
You can also enjoy the Place de la République market just a few minutes away on Tuesdays and Fridays and especially enjoy the Sunday market which is spread over the entire seafront.
In other words, you will come and admire the beautiful colors of the sky of Provence and the Côte d'Azur even if obviously rainy and cold episodes can happen but it never lasts very long normally 😊.
The more athletic among you will be able to enjoy all the winding roads with sublime panoramas for cyclists, discover the hiking trails of the Estérel massif for hikers.
Golfers will be happy with the golf courses located 7 km away (Valescure golf course and Esterel golf course).
