Located on the 10th and penultimate floor of the Mediterranean Tower, you are seized by a feeling of freedom, your horizon being the sea and the sky over 180°C and as far as the eye can see. On one side the view goes to the Gulf of Saint Tropez to go on the other to the port of Santa Lucia de Saint-Raphaël.
The large balcony offers sunrises over Saint Raphael its basilica and the old port and sunsets over the Maures and the rock of Roquebrune. Also breathtaking.
This accommodation is available for rent at all times of the year from 3 nights (excluding July and August with a minimum of 7 nights) and will offer different pleasures throughout the year. The change of scenery is guaranteed and the sensations will always be there, only tonight in winter, spring and autumn.

As for the famous markets of Fréjus, they are present throughout the year, on Tuesday and Friday mornings, on the Place de la République and the Sunday market which extends over the entire seafront will delight lovers of bargains and unique spice scents offered by the famous markets of Provence: basil, garlic, olives, anchoiade and so many other flavors!!!!

This is an accommodation to spend a wonderful holiday by the sea and in the front row when the fireworks go off in July and August of the year. Ideal for a family stay, it will allow a couple and their 2 children to enjoy the beach and all the activities and infrastructures offered by Fréjus Plage, Port Fréjus and their very close neighbor Saint-Raphaël Indeed, as soon as you enter, you realize the magnificent sea view that the studio offers. Its equipment is complete: washing machine and other small household equipment and large storage space (always very practical when returning from the beach), in the open kitchen induction hob, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press. Moving forward in the accommodation, and after the cabin area with its 2 bunk beds, the lounge area is warm and comfortable with TV opening onto a balcony with a view of the sea and with table and chairs for meals in superb conditions. (the new convertible sofa is 140cm in size). The car will be placed in a closed box with standard dimensions that can accommodate the owner's car, a 3008 4.45m long, access to which is secured by a gate and a garage door, but the car risks being damaged. even on vacation since at Fréjus Plage, everything can be done on foot. The beach is only about twenty meters away, you just have to leave the residence and cross the street to be there, a beautiful beach of fine sand with a shower to rinse off, always very pleasant to remove the salt and sand on the skin. Several restaurants are also very close to the residence and many others are easily accessible both on the seafront of Fréjus Plage and on the port of Fréjus. The INTERMARCHE supermarket is in the immediate vicinity, a tobacco shop is on the ground floor of the residence and an excellent bakery and pastry shop 150 meters away; suffice to say that everything is in place to make this stay so delicious. The night market between July 1 and August 31, the various and varied events, the fireworks displayed numerous times during the summer period are also very easily accessible. Only the luna-park at Aqualand will require a car, approximately 3 kilometers from your vacation spot. But this little corner of paradise is also offered to you all year round and is accessible by train, the residence being located around twenty minutes from the Saint-Raphael Valescure TGV station. And then nearby: Saint-Raphael and its Old Port (departures of the blue boats for beautiful getaways to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins islands off the coast of Cannes), the Verdon gorges, the Saint Cassien lake and so many other places that A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish. The Cesaree Borghèse residence in Port Fréjus is a well-known and popular residence on the Côte d'Azur, ideally located between Saint-Tropez and Cannes, internationally renowned cities.
