The large air-conditioned living room is equipped with a table and chairs, 2 sofas (to watch TV) including a BZ type which can sleep 2 people, and a fireside chair turns into a bed for a child. The beautiful bedroom with storage offers a double bed 160*200cm. The renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The view of the gardens, the western exposure of the balcony are all assets to enjoy in peace the tranquility of the place and the sun that is offered to travelers in the afternoon. Private parking in the basement and convenient to access is included with the rental. The superb swimming pool of the residence open from June 1 to September 30 of the year with adapted dimensions of 13m by 13m is a most pleasant space, nestled in the gardens planted with palm trees.
